Sound strategy
The Cyber Vigilance approach to helping people understand the role they can play in protecting the business is based on real-time coaching -- monitoring risky user behaviour and helping users to make the right decisions. Traditional security awareness training doesn’t work, a new approach is needed. For example, if a user is about to input chunks of personal identifying information (PII) into ChatGPT, we can prompt the user, in real-time, to help them make the decision as to whether that’s the best way to deal with their task in hand.
Smart choices
We’ll help you build up a picture of whether a user makes good security choices or not. Based on employee behaviour, you can then apply specific dynamic policies across your other tech stack; maximising security without compromising on employee productivity.
New skill sets
Features include not only training content, and simulated phishing tests but also addresses behaviour-monitoring across particular controls. Weak user passwords are one example. We provide real-time nudges for on-the-go user coaching to help them make better decisions, as well as providing rewards for positive actions such as reporting phishing emails.
